The TaskForce Approach

When you work with TaskForce, each of your projects will be assigned to a dedicated team that is typically made up of at least one developer, a program manager, a designer and a quality assurance specialist. When a new project starts, we hold a kickoff meeting so that you can introduce your TaskForce team to the system and transfer as much knowledge as possible.

If you don't already have one, we'll work with you to setup a staging server where you can preview changes and fixes before they move into production. We'll also make sure your application is in a source code control system and that there is an automated system for deploying updates to the application. This helps insure that we can provide the best service with the fewest problems. Once all of this has been completed, you will be free to assign tasks to your TaskForce team!

TaskForce teams typically work with several clients and tackle tasks on a first come, first served basis. Before we start any task we will provide you with an estimate and request your approval. Once approved, your TaskForce team will spring into action and diligently take care of the assignment with the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and care.
