Alagad Expands Team to Support Growth, Enhance Client Service Offerings

Veteran engineering program manager Randy Miller will serve as client advocate to oversee projects and control costs

Alagad, a web development, consulting and mentoring services provider, announced today that Randy Miller has joined the company as program manager. With more than 20 years experience managing large-scale engineering projects, Miller will provide oversight to help Alagad improve customer communications and better manage project costs and timelines. The new program manager position will enhance Alagad’s customer service offerings to accommodate and facilitate sustained company growth.

Miller has extensive experience managing multi-million dollar projects with automotive interiors manufacturer Johnson Controls Inc., where his leadership resulted in numerous major project awards. While there, he directed engineering teams comprised of several different companies and departments that were able to meet stringent cost and timing requirements.  Miller also served as platform director for a business segment within Johnson Controls, where he was responsible for profitability growth, customer satisfaction and new product development for the platform.
